Java users should create Prov while Symbian Users should create new Settings.

Now Insert Bellow Tweak in Opera 4.2 labs or Any Opera handler. download opera4.2labs if You don’t have.

HTTP SERVER:
82.145.211.16:80

SOCKET SERVER:
82.145.211.16:1080

PROXY SERVER:
wap.gloworld.com

Select Host As your Proxy Type, now in Your opera, goto settings then protocol change it to socket.
