A 23-year-old man has been arrested
for deliberately setting his car on fire.
Dibba police received a report at
5:30pm on Tuesday, February 23 about
a burning Mercedes Benz in Al
Wurayah area, United Arab Emirates.
Civil Defence crews extinguished
the blaze while investigations
found the owner had purposefully
set his car alight. The man was
charged with arson and his case
referred to public prosecution.
The “tampering of the country’s
security and stability†will not be
tolerated, Fujairah Police said, who
urged the public to abide by UAE
laws.
